What "if" Yukino was a male and transformed into a female in a Isekai?

Summoned by a goddess to a different world, he realizes that he has become a woman.
The goddess explains that he was chosen to defeat the forces of evil and she transferred to him the spirit of a female warrior that was supposed to save the world, but she lost her life due to an incurable disease.
Even if this "change" left him frustrated and perplexed, the goddess promised that once the forces of evil have been defeated he will be able to return to his world and resume his normal appearance.
A long journey began for him, guided by the goddess, to obtain the strength and brave companions to defeat the evil.
